RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Nxtgen Fabrication LLC does not accept returns or exchanges.
Most of our products are made to order. Personalized products, custom-designed items, special orders, metal signs, fabricated products, and products made in a customer-selected size, finish, color, or wording cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at nxtgenfabrication@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of:
• The item and the affected area
• The shipping box or packaging
• Any visible damage to the packaging
• The shipping label
Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Do not send an item back without contacting us and receiving return instructions first.
After reviewing the issue, approved claims will be handled with an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please review all selected sizes, finishes, colors, wording, spelling, capitalization, shipping information, and other order details before completing your purchase.
Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.
HANDMADE AND POWDER-COATED PRODUCTS
Powder-coated colors, textures, and sheen may appear slightly different depending on lighting, surroundings, photography, and screen settings.
Minor variations associated with handmade production and the powder-coating process are not considered defects.
